Our Staff
Without a shadow of a doubt our staff are the key to our success. The sales industry cliche of 'high staff turnover' does not apply to us!
From the very outset, when new recruits join us they are made to feel welcome and part of the team. Yes we want to promote a healthy level of competition between our employees, but our emphasis is firmly on training, developing & nurturing our staff so that they grow with the company and learn to put their individual skills to the best of use.
We're firm believers in professional regulation and as such are members of the Ombudsman Scheme (OEA), the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Code of Practice.
